iPhone 3g. Red battery logo with plug pointing to the lighting bolt. How do I disable that notification?

I am using iPhone 3g with yellowsn0w. When the phone displays the low battery image, Red battery logo with plug pointing to the lighting bolt. I lose service with t-mobile. Sometimes I am unaware of this until i awake the phone. How do I disable that notification?

Why would you want to disable it? =0
It reminds you to plug in the charger.
