my iphone keeps switching to vibrate weather i am puting it in my pocket or just puting it down is their any way to keep it on ring, or posibly some kind of lock that can be cliped on….?

Your iPhone gotta have some problems. You should return it to Apple or AT&T for repair or replacement.
