I would add the plastic material that can prevent electronics from getting scratched. The exact name of the product slips my head at the moment but the plastic covers items, like the iPhone, and will protect it from any scratches or damage from the outside world. Even a pencil poking the plastic will not penetrate. My roommate uses it for his iPhone and you can barely tell the phone is covered. The plastic is thin enough to use the touch screen but strong enough to prevent damage. I would recommend it over the bulky cases since with the plastic screen protection, you can still see the outline and sleekness of the iPhone. If you want to know more, just search the Internet for some term like "impenetrable plastic cover" or something like that.
