Dosn't this errace all of the other MP3s on the iphone? Sync does not do what many of us learned sync means - copying files from the phone that are not on the computer to the computer and copying files that are not on the phone from the computer. Instead it just replaces the all of the files on the phone with all of the files on the computer (in iTunes). It does not "recopy" everything every time, but the result is the same every time.
